As part of Delamere Schools Autism Accreditation assessment , the National Autistic Society carry out a confidential survey for autistic people and their families, to feedback on the provision being assessed.
This is an important part of the Accreditation process and will inform the Awards Committee decisions so your views are really important to us.
The survey is open to our families of autistic children at Delamere school, so please take a moment to complete the short survey below:
